For help with Latchara, email support@openverse.tech. Include the app name, Android version, app version, and a short description. Do not email private journal, dream, birth, baby, or care-record content.
Purchases and restore
Open the app's Settings or Profile screen and choose Restore purchases where available. Check that Google Play is signed in with the account that made the purchase. Manage subscriptions from Google Play. Google handles payment methods and refund requests.
Local data
Latchara stores baby profile details, feeding and pumping records, bottle amounts, diaper and sleep events, notes, timestamps, and app preferences locally. Before clearing storage or uninstalling, export anything you need if the app offers export. Clearing Android app storage is permanent.
Privacy request
Email privacy@openverse.tech. Because private content stays on your device, we usually cannot retrieve it. For purchase or analytics requests, we may ask for a receipt or pseudonymous identifier—never your password.
Safety
Latchara is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, monitor, prevent, or treat any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a pediatrician or other qualified clinician. For urgent concerns, contact local emergency services.
